Nursery Chef – Hersham, Surrey KT12
Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour | £10,920 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: 15 hours | Monday–Friday | 10:00am–1:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are looking for a kind and passionate Nursery Chef to join our beautiful nursery in Hersham (KT12) on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small, supportive setting where creativity and a love of learning are celebrated.
You will be responsible for preparing fresh, nutritious meals for children while promoting healthy eating in a positive environment. Previous nursery experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
As a Nursery Chef, you will:
*Prepare fresh, balanced meals for children
*Maintain high hygiene standards in line with food safety guidelines
*Plan menus to meet dietary and allergy requirements
*Manage stock and kitchen organisation
*Ensure meals are prepared and served on time
About You
To be successful in this Nursery Chef role, you will have:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef/Cook
*Passion for children’s nutrition
*Experience managing allergies and dietary needs
*Organised and confident working independently
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and hygiene standards
*Eligible to work in the UK
