The Role- Maths Teacher:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm in mathematics, fostering strong progress and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons
*Monitor and assess student progress effectively
*Contribute to curriculum development within the department
*Support students of varying abilities to reach their full potential
*Uphold high expectations for behaviour and academic success
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*A strong subject knowledge in mathematics
*Excellent classroom management skills
*A commitment to raising attainment and student outcomes
*A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching
