An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well-established and growing financial services firm covering the Sandbach and Crewe areas.
This role offers strong lead support from a busy, established estate agency partnership, providing a consistent flow of high-quality mortgage opportunities.
The Role
*Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
*Manage leads generated through estate agency introducers
*Conduct client appointments (face-to-face and remote)
*Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the full mortgage journey
*Identify and advise on appropriate protection solutions
*Maintain compliance standards in line with FCA regulations

About You
*Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
*Must hold CAS (Competent Adviser Status)
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Proven track record of writing mortgage and protection business
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
