We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.
What you’ll do:
*Deliver the portfolio to AMP8 targets on time and maximise gain-share.
*Keep SHEQ central-no compromises on safety, environment or quality.
*Build and lead a high-performing, coached and accountable team.
*Engage stakeholders early, set clear accountabilities and performance measures.
*Drive commercial, procurement and risk/value decisions that optimise whole-life cost and follow governance/NEC.
*Embed continuous improvement, production management, Lean, standard products and sustainability to boost efficiency.
What you’ll bring to the role:
*APMP (or equivalent) - Practitioner level
*Significant experience at Project Manager / Lead Project Manager level (equivalent to Senior PM / Project Director)
*Water sector experience
*Experience managing teams of 6-8 direct reports
*Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
*Experience working within commercial alliances
