We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager - FM Sector Lead to join our Building Services at Northwood HQ.
Working as a Senior Commercial Manager - FM Sector Lead you will maximise commercial entitlements, own governance standards and lead on sector work winning activities to tender and mobilise new business.
What you’ll do:
*Full accountability for all commercial aspects of the sector portfolio.
*Support the implementation of wider FM commercial strategy within the sector.
*Accountable for Forecasting and month-end CVR activities, in line with Skanska OU Guidance.
*Maintains, develops and embeds commercial governance standards across the sector.
*Lead effective sector level risk management, including early identification and escalation.
*Be the first point of contact for escalations, disputes or any other commercial matters within the sector, and where necessary provide internal Skanska updates on progress and status. Manage commercial interface with the client, customer and other stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to the role:
*Experience of contract documents (PFI/Bespoke/JCT/NEC is preferred).
*Degree or equivalent level qualification in commercial related subject
*Extensive commercial experience within a contracting organisation preferably within the FM environment
*A high level of numeracy and commercial acumen
*Security clearance where required.
