CNC Programmer Permanent Role
Location: Crewkerne Salary: £45,758 (inc. shift allowance)
Shifts: Rotating (6am–2pm Mon–Fri / 2pm–12am Mon–Thurs)

What You’ll Be Doing
*Setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components
*Programming or editing CNC programmes (Citizen machines)
*Monitoring performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
*Working to tight tolerances with a strong focus on detail
*Collaborating with production teams to meet and exceed targets
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a CNC Setter / Programmer (not just operating)
*Experience with Citizen machines is essential
*Ability to set machines independently and work to fine tolerances
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
*A reliable team player with a solid work ethic
