Client Relationship Manager
At Alexander Lloyd, we are partnered with a growing consultancy seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to enhance and develop their employee benefits offering and proposition.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of existing clients and also drive new business opportunities
*Be the primary point of contact to build strong client relationships
*Lead client meetings, reviews, and renewals, delivering tailored reports with recommendations
Essential Criteria:
*Must have healthcare, risk and ideally pensions experience
*Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and providing recommendations
*Excellent presentation and communication skills
