Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: Southampton
Salary: £35,000+ (DOE)

They are looking to appoint a Paraplanner who can provide technical and research support to Financial Advisers, helping ensure clients receive clear, well-structured recommendations and an outstanding overall service.


The Role:
*Provide technical support to Financial Advisers across a range of planning cases
*Carry out research on investments, pensions, and protection solutions
*Prepare review documentation and supporting analysis
*Draft suitability reports aligned to client objectives
*Assist in developing financial planning strategies and recommendations
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met


The Required Skills & Experience:
*Experience within paraplanning or financial services technical support
*Level 4 Diploma qualified or actively working towards completion
*Good understanding of core financial planning products
*Strong analytical and organisational skills
*High attention to detail and ability to manage workloads effectively
*Motivated to develop professionally within a planning environment
