What you will do:
*Collaborate as a crucial member of the clinical team, working alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and therapy assistants within community therapy services.
*Manage an independent caseload that includes some highly complex patients, providing specialist assessments and care.
*Develop, implement, and evaluate individual programmes of care for patients on a continuous basis.
*Engage with a multi-professional team, including consultants, GPs, nursing staff, physiotherapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals, to manage and discharge patients under your care.
*Deliver essential clinical education to all staff within community services.
Requirements:
*You must be a qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent in physiotherapy.
*You should have recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy.
*Registration with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK is required.
*While NHS experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
