We are looking for a Team Leader to join our multiuser site in Peterborough. You will operate as a working team member and conduct tasks in all areas of the warehouse. You will assist in leading the team and being at the forefront of the operations, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met daily.


This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days from 7 & shifts of 10pm to 6am nights

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,711 per annum, inclusive of nigths allowance and 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:


*Leading Health & Safety within your department to always keep yourself and others safe
*Be able to embrace change and adapt to a rapidly changing fast-paced environment
*Focusing on the required standards of performance and meet customer and operational demands
*Making operational decisions and updating the senior teams
*Conducting performance, welfare, absence and investigation meetings


What you need to succeed at GXO:


*Proven experience in managing a team withing a fast-paced warehouse environment
*Proven experience in performance management
*Strong communications skills – both written and verbal
*Experience with Microsoft Office applications
