Job Description:
Early Years Practitioner – Fleet, Hampshire, GU51
Salary: £13.10–£14.25 per hour / up to £33,345 per year (depending on experience, qualifications and hours)
Hours: 27 hours (3 days), 40 hours (4 days) or 45 hours (5 days)
Contract: Flexible permanent contract options
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our family-run nursery near Fleet, Hampshire, GU51.

This role is ideal for both newly qualified and experienced practitioners looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive, welcoming team.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
*Plan and implement EYFS-based learning activities
*Celebrate children’s learning and development with families
*Support the smooth running of the nursery as part of a team
About You
*Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery practitioner experience
*Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic with creative ideas for learning
*Committed to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Strong communication skills with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
