Route Service Representative Workwear Solutions
LOCATION – Bedford
We are inviting applications for the role of Route Service Representative at our Bedford Laundry. This is a customer-facing role combining professional driving with excellent service delivery.
You will be responsible for delivering clean workwear to customer sites, collecting used items, and ensuring products are correctly handled and placed. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers and a trusted representative of Lindström on every visit.
The Role
Delivering and collecting workwear products on planned multi-drop routes.
Ensuring products are placed correctly at customer sites, including lockers and designated areas.
Carrying out manual handling safely when loading and unloading the vehicle.
Accurately completing delivery paperwork and/or PDA entries.
Ensuring vehicle loads are organised, secure and stored correctly.
Building strong, professional relationships with customers.
Providing a consistent, friendly and reliable service in line with Lindström standards.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate must have previous commercial driving experience, and have a Full UK driving licence - category B with no more than 3 penalty points.
A professional and approachable manner.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A responsible, flexible attitude with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and take pride in delivering a high-quality service
Physically able to carry out manual handling duties.
