We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Fundraising Officer to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating sustainable income, building meaningful partnerships, and delivering engaging fundraising initiatives that create lasting impact.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys combining creativity with relationship-building and wants to see the tangible results of their work.
What You’ll Do*Plan and deliver a range of fundraising activities, including community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and trust/foundation applications.
*Develop and support creative fundraising campaigns and events.
*Identify and explore new income opportunities to diversify funding streams.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and partners.
*Ensure supporters feel valued, informed, and engaged with the organisation’s work.
*Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and track fundraising performance.
*Support reporting on fundraising outcomes and impact.
Who We’re Looking For*Experience in fundraising, income generation, or a similar role.
*Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities.
*A genuine passion for mental health and community well-being.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking initiative.
