You’ll work directly with a hands-on Head Chef, giving you real input into menus and the direction of the kitchen—perfect for a Sous Chef who wants to grow, innovate, and make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
*Helping design and develop à la carte menus and daily specials
*Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
*Leading and motivating a small, close-knit team of 4 chefs
*Delivering consistently under busy service conditions
What We’re Looking For
*Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
*Passion for fresh, high-quality food and presentation
*A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced kitchen
*Creativity and enthusiasm for menu development
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*A genuine desire to progress and grow within the business
