Locations: Liverpool and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (including sleep-in allowance)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent or Temporary (flexible options available)

Working via Lupa in homes across Liverpool, you will be part of a supportive, professional team dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where children can thrive.
What You Will Do
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
*Provide direct care and support to children
*Implement individualised care plans in line with therapeutic approaches
*Promote positive behaviour and safe, structured routines
*Support education, leisure, and social activities to enhance development
*Build meaningful relationships with young people, families, and external agencies
*Contribute to maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance
Shift Patterns & Working Hours
*Full-time role with a rota including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
*Sleep-in duties are included
*Flexibility is essential to provide consistent, 24/7 care and support
*Permanent and temporary positions are available
What You Will Be Rewarded With

What We Need From You
*Recent experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker in a children’s home
*Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Commitment to working flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights, and weekends
*Dedication to delivering child-centred, therapeutic care in a safe and nurturing environment
