Counter Manager – Luxury Fragrance
A rare opportunity to join a globally renowned luxury fragrance house, celebrated for its craftsmanship, creativity, and beautifully curated scents. We are seeking an exceptional Counter Manager to lead a luxury brand withing a key retail location and elevate the client experience.
The Role
*Lead the counter with confidence, warmth, and refined product knowledge
*Deliver an immersive, sensory client experience
*Build strong client relationships and drive CRM activity
*Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth
*Coach and inspire a small team to deliver exceptional standards
*Maintain impeccable visual presentation and operational excellence
About You
*Experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or premium retail
*Strong leadership skills with a polished, service-driven approach
*Commercially focused with a track record of achieving targets
*Passionate about fragrance, storytelling, and client experience
Salary:
£32 k Basic + BP
