Job Description:
Quantity Surveyor – Nottingham
We’re working with a highly established main contractor based in Nottingham, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, with values up to £20m.
They’re now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of their own projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being a key commercial lead within a supportive team.
The Role:
*Manage projects independently across a range of sectors
*Full commercial responsibility from pre-construction through to final account
*Work closely with operational teams and clients
*Ensure projects are delivered on budget and maximise profitability
About You:
*Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor
*Comfortable running your own projects
*Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*Ambitious and self-motivated
