*A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.

*Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
*Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing teams.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
