Spencer Clarke Group are working with a supportive primary school in Leyland who are seeking a flexible and experienced KS2 Teacher to provide class cover and PPA release on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This role will involve covering lessons across Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high standards within the classroom.
The Role:*Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS2 classes.
*Provide PPA cover and class cover as required.
*Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
*Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
*Adapt teaching to suit different classes and abilities.
*Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
Requirements:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
*Strong classroom management and adaptability.
*Flexible and professional approach to teaching.
*Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
