This Nursery School has a proud history and a bold future. They serve children aged 3-5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment that values curiosity, creativity, and care. This school is well resourced and deeply rooted in the community.This position is to start after Easter.
They need experienced teachers who:
*Have substantial Early Years experience and a deep understanding of child development
*Are confident in leading practice and guiding colleagues through change
*Can take on additional responsibilities and contribute to strategic planning
*Are passionate about inclusive education and safeguarding
*Thrive in a collaborative, reflective, and ambitious environment
This role is ideal for someone who sees a challenge as an opportunity and who wants to be part of something meaningful.
Unfortunately, this is not suitable for ECTs.
