Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant, High Wycombe
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with profound and complex needs
*Assist with personal care where required
*Support communication using tools such as PECS, Makaton, or visual aids
*Help implement individual education and care plans (EHCPs)
*Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff

*Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
*Understanding of profound and complex needs (e.g. PMLD, ASD, physical disabilities)
