Customer Success Executive - Join a Growing, High-Energy Team!
Contract: 4-6 weeks with potential for extension
Model: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30
Daily Rate: £96 per day + holiday pay
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Stafford area
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to support a fast-paced, rapidly growing operation. If you love helping people, staying organised, and being at the heart of customer experience-this is your moment.
You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, the problem-solver in the inbox, and the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Handling customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
*Managing around 60 inbound calls per week
*Keeping CRM systems up to date and running efficiently
*Monitoring customer satisfaction and spotting opportunities to improve
*Coordinating communication across teams
*Supporting with day-to-day admin to keep customer journeys seamless

*Previous experience in customer service or Retail
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
