Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with full mission experience in space projects to lead and coordinate high-profile programmes. The ideal candidate will have managed end-to-end space missions, from concept to in-orbit operations, and be comfortable working onsite in London. Hybrid working may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of space projects across the full mission lifecycle.
*Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met.
*Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, systems, and operations personnel.
*Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
*Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace and space industry standards and regulations.
*Support decision-making through risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and status reporting.
Required Experience & Skills:
*Proven experience as a Project Manager in space projects with full mission experience.
*Strong understanding of spacecraft systems, mission operations, and end-to-end project delivery.
*Experience leading programmes on LEO/MEO satellites, space communications, or launch missions.
*Excellent organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
*Based in or willing to commute to London; hybrid working may be considered.
Desirable:
*Experience with ESA, UKSA, or other international space programme standards.
*Familiarity with satellite communications, launch operations, or high-value mission delivery.
