Job Description:
Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer in Wantage for our upcoming residential project.
*Job Title: Site Labourer
*Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire (OX12)
*Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Contract
*Pay Rate: £15.80 - £16.50 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Wantage. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.
Responsibilities:
*Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
*Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
*Loading and unloading deliveries.
*Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
*Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Valid CSCS Card.
*Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots).
*Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested).
*Previous experience on a residential new-build site.
