*Manage all goods inwards activities, including receiving, checking, and organising deliveries
*Support the parts and showroom team with daily operations
*Assist customers with enquiries both in person and over the phone
*Provide excellent customer service at all times
*Support retail sales across parts, hardware, clothing, and machinery
