Commercial Data Analyst (Power BI) - Hybrid
West Northamptonshire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 from home)

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to join a well-established and growing organisation.
This is a business-critical position, focused on delivering accurate reporting, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting key commercial decisions across the business.
You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supplier performance tracking, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting, while also developing dashboards and improving internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
*Manage and maintain supplier portal data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Track supplier targets and rebate performance
*Support biannual pricing cycles, including implementation and analysis
*Analyse cost increases and their impact on gross profit
*Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
*Produce category and commercial performance reports
*Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Continuously improve reporting processes and internal systems
What We’re Looking For
*Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, or commercial analytics
*Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (VBA highly desirable)
*Experience with Fabric or similar data platforms advantageous
*Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
*High attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
*Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
*Experience working with sales data, supplier data, or pricing preferred
