Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to develop a career in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing quotations, managing client enquiries, and supporting the sales journey from initial contact through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:*Preparing and issuing quotations for incoming enquiries
*Following up on all quotes with a focus on improving conversion rates
*Managing multiple inboxes and responding to client enquiries
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Arranging and attending meetings, both virtually and in person
*Maintaining accurate records and handing over confirmed projects internally
*Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems
*Handling incoming calls in a professional manner
Skills & Experience:*Ideally some office-based experience, or a recent graduate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
*Strong Excel skills
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
*Ability to work effectively within a small, growing team
*Professional, personable, and confident communication skills
*Full, clean UK driving licence
