Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Legal Desk (Edinburgh)
We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Legal Recruitment team based on George Street in the heart of Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment, as no prior experience in the industry is required.
You will be joining a warm, active desk and working closely with an experienced Senior Consultant who will support your development from day one.
Reed Legal has expanded significantly since launching post-Covid and is now a prominent desk within the Edinburgh operation. The desk generates a substantial share of our Scottish revenue, meaning you will be stepping into a well-established, high-opportunity market with strong demand.
Our team includes consultants who joined us through the Graduate Scheme and, within two years, have progressed to Executive level which is a clear example of the progression and development that is genuinely achievable here.
What we’re looking for
You do not need recruitment experience — we will provide full training.
We are looking for someone who:
*Has a genuine interest in sales and business development
*Enjoys working with people and building strong professional relationships
*Is motivated by achieving targets and personal growth
*Holds an undergraduate degree (Law, HR & Business Management, and Social Sciences are desirable, but all backgrounds will be considered)
*Brings enthusiasm, resilience, and a willingness to learn
*Candidates from customer service or sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
