Cover Supervisors Needed Across Sefton!
Location: All areas across Sefton (L & PR Postcodes) - including Bootle, Crosby, Maghull, Formby, and Southport.
Roles: Flexible day-to-day supply and consistent long-term placements.
Start Date: Immediate starts available or post-Easter options.
We are hunting for Cover Supervisors who are ready to dominate the classroom and inspire secondary students across the stunning Sefton coastline and beyond.
If you have the resilience to lead a classroom and the communication skills to keep students engaged, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
*Experience leading groups of young people (schools, coaching, tutoring, or youth work).
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
Key Duties:
*Lead the classroom and deliver pre-planned lessons across all subjects.
*Manage student behaviour in line with the school’s high standards.
*Ensure all pupils stay on task and complete their set work.
*Create a safe and productive learning environment for every student.
*Respond to student questions and provide guidance on lesson materials.
*Collect completed work and provide brief feedback to the regular teacher.
*Maintain a professional and positive presence throughout the school day.
*Safeguard all students and report any concerns to the designated lead.
