Cover Supervisors Needed in Wirral!
Location: Across the Wirral Peninsula (CH41 - CH66), including Birkenhead, Wallasey, Heswall, Bromborough, and West Kirby.
Roles: Flexible day-to-day supply and consistent long-term placements.
Start Date: Immediate starts available or post-Easter options.
We are searching for Cover Supervisors who are ready to make waves in secondary schools across the Wirral.
If you have the resilience to lead a classroom and the communication skills to keep students engaged, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
*Experience leading groups of young people (schools, coaching, tutoring, or youth work).
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
Key Duties:
*Lead the classroom and deliver pre-planned lessons across all subjects.
*Manage student behaviour in line with the school’s high standards.
*Ensure all pupils stay on task and complete their set work.
*Create a safe and productive learning environment for every student.
*Respond to student questions and provide guidance on lesson materials.
*Collect completed work and provide brief feedback to the regular teacher.
*Maintain a professional and positive presence throughout the school day.
*Safeguard all students and report any concerns to the designated lead.
