Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a brilliant team for our client near Cranbrook. This temporary role near Cranbrook requires excellent organisational skills and a commitment to providing efficient administrative support.

Description
*Provide adaptable administrative support across the HR department, adjusting workload based on priorities, competencies, and skills.
*Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, delivering clear, timely responses or directing queries to the appropriate colleagues.
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and legislation.
*Process key HR data and documentation, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, employment documents, and benefits administration.
*Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment checks, and updating recruitment platforms.
*Assist with wider HR operations such as purchase order processing, exit interview coordination, role profile updates, and responding to internal and external HR information requests.


Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
*Proven experience in an administrative, ideally within HR.
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
*A professional and approachable demeanour.
*The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
