Maintenance Engineer

4 on 4 off days/nights- 12 hour shifts (7-7)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Electrically or Mechanically BiasedMaintenance Engineer to join our high-performing team. You’ll be the technical expert on-site, ensuring the smooth running, reliability, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This role is hands-on, focused on preventative maintenance, fault finding, root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out maintenance tasks to high safety and quality standards.
*Support and coach the autonomous maintenance team.
*Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
*Lead root cause analysis sessions and support process improvements.
*Manage technical documentation and provide feedback to improve maintenance plans.
*Take ownership of your assigned area and lead technical problem-solving.
Job requirements:
*Minimum of 4 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment – Either Mechanical or Electrical Bias
*Engineers from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply including applicants from an Ex Forces background
*Minimum of a level 3 qualification in a maintenance discipline (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC) – Time served apprenticeship desirable
