Job Description:
***Executive Assistant***
Robert Half is partnering with a investment management firm based in central London. I am looking for a ultra organised, strong communicator and team orientated EA to senior stakeholders.
Salary - £40 000 - £43 000
Location - Central London
Hybrid working pattern
This individual will play a critical role in enabling the team to operate efficiently and focus on high-impact work by managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.
The Role:
This person will act as the EA for a few senior stakeholders
*General calendar management and scheduling of meetings
*Meet & greet guests
*Manage expenses using Workday
*Prepare materials and documents for signature
*Coordination of travel booking
*Any ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
*3 years+ experience in the same capacity- ( TEAM EA or PA)
*Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) essential
*Excellent communication and time management skills
*Team player essential
*Detail-oriented
*Self-starter, professional and organised
*Able to work under pressure
*Tech savvy and willing to learn
*’No task is too small’ mentality
Compensation:
*Competitive market rate + bonus
