Junior Acquisition Associate
(Sales-Focused Telesales Role)
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £27,000-£30,000k (based on experience) +uncapped commission
Type: Full-time, Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional to join a growing acquisitions team. The role is heavily focused on outbound calling, pipeline ownership, and generating high-quality appointments with senior decision-makers. It also offers exposure to acquisitions and long-term development opportunities for those wishing to progress.
Main Responsibilities
*Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using an established internal database.
*Build rapport quickly with business owners and senior leaders, adapting communication styles to suit different individuals.
*Follow up on warm leads generated through weekly letter campaigns, calling 1–2 times where needed.
*Manage and maintain your own sales pipeline, keeping accurate call notes, activity logs, and follow-ups.
*Secure qualified appointments directly into the senior team’s diary.
*Speak confidently and handling a broad range of conversations.
*Support the wider acquisitions team with administrative and project tasks as required.
Experience
*Sales experience is essential(telesales, lead generation, recruitment, estate agency, brokerage, or any outbound sales environment).
*Experience engaging with senior business professionals is highly advantageous.
*No sector-specific knowledge required - full training will be provided.
