Key Responsibilities for Carer / Support Worker:


*Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
*Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as needed.
*Provide companionship and emotional support.
*Facilitate social activities and outings.
*Administering medication.
*Raising concerns and calling District Nurses / 111 when necessary.
*To provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes and changing bed linen when necessary.
*Promoting independence.
Duties may vary from time to time in line with the need of the service and as agreed with our client.
