Job Description:
Temporary Receptionist/Administrator - Woking
Cover needed from w/c 13th April for 4 weeks.
Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
Friday: 08:00–16:00
This role is the first point of contact for visitors and provides essential administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as first point of contact, welcoming visitors and notifying colleagues
*Manage reception area and ensure a professional, well-maintained environment
*Support meetings and events, including room setup and catering coordination
*Handle incoming mail, enquiries, and courier services efficiently
*Maintain records, filing systems, and shared inboxes
*Provide general administrative support (documents, reports, presentations)
*Arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues
*Resolve day-to-day office issues, escalating where necessary
Skills & Experience:
*Experience in a busy reception or administrative role
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Proactive, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
*Team player with a problem-solving mindset
Training will be provided.
