Large Private Estate – Sussex
Seeking an experienced and motivated Groundsman / Gardener to join the team on a large, well-established private estate in Sussex.This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay and conditions within a professional yet friendly estate environment.


Key Responsibilities
*Day-to-day maintenance of estate grounds and gardens
*Grass cutting, strimming, and general lawn care
*Hedge cutting and pruning
*Fencing repairs and general estate maintenance
*Seasonal gardening and planting duties
*Operation and basic maintenance of estate machinery and tools
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or estate work preferred
*Tractor driving experience is an advantage but not essential
*Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
*Reliable, conscientious, and takes pride in high standards of work
