Job Description:
Reed Business Support are working with an established business based in Middlesbrough who are looking to appoint 2x full time, permanent Customer Service Advisors to join their operations team. This is an exciting period of growth and if you have a real driver for providing customer service then I want to hear from you!

*Salary - £28,000
*Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 – 17:15
Please note, this is an onsite based role – there is zero hybrid or WFH options given the nature of the business
Duties -
*Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support sales and service activities
*Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
*Advise customers on technical products and services
*Prepare, issue, and proactively follow up on sales and service quotations
*Provide administrative support to sales and service functions
*Liaise internally to ensure smooth service delivery
*Maintain accurate records on CRM and internal systems
*Support marketing campaigns and lead follow-up activities
Required Skills -
*A passion for relationship-building and customer service
*Confidence and enthusiasm when using the phone
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A proactive, target-driven mindset
*Comfortable meeting and exceeding KPIs
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
*Willingness to learn new products and services
*Ability to work on-site in a busy office environment
