Start Date: ASAP Location: Shawbury Contract: Full-time / Long-term (potential to become permanent) About the RoleAs a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your role will include:
*Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
*Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
*Assisting with creative play, outdoor learning, and age-appropriate activities
*Helping with daily routines such as snack time, personal care, and tidy-up
*Working closely with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
What We’re Looking For*Experience working with young children (nursery or school setting preferred)
*A warm, patient, and positive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Understanding of safeguarding and child development
*A willingness to learn and engage with Early Years best practice
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 in Childcare or similar).
