Job Description:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Leasing Administrator to support the leasing team at an exciting new build-to-rent development in Birmingham.
This is a 15 month FTC role.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage enquiries and register prospective residents within internal systems
*Coordinate viewings, diary management, and leasing appointments
*Maintain accurate electronic property files in line with internal procedures
*Ensure all lettings systems and rental data are kept up to date and accurate
*Act as a key point of contact for enquiries from residents, contractors, utility providers, and local authorities
*Assist with property viewings and tours where required, providing information on the development and rental values
*Support community engagement initiatives including events and resident communications
Requirements
*Previous experience within property, lettings, or administration would be advantageous but is not essential
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
*Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
*Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment

*Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people
*IT literate with strong written and spoken communication skills
