Job Description:
Working for a growing and well known company based in the center of High Wycombe, this is a unique opportunity to join a well established team where earning potential is high. A unique role, where sales calls will come to you, if you book work in you will be compensated well for this!
Our ideal candidate will join our friendly team, handle incoming sales inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to drive continuous sales growth.
You will be the first point of contact for all our enquiries, and your primary responsibility will be to give an excellent first impression of the company and convert the enquiries into bookings!
This role offers excellent earning potential with an On Target Commission of up to £10,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to inbound sales calls and emails promptly and professionally
*Identify customer needs, recommend, and accurately explain services
*Input customer and booking information into Salesforce and schedule jobs
*Issue customer reports and invoices
*Process and record payments accurately
*General customer service and aftercare
*Other general ad-hoc support with daily operations
Required Skills:
*Ability to sell our services with confidence and conviction
*Prior sales experience or a natural flare for sales and customer service
*Ability to comprehend and explain the technicalities
