Description
*Provide technical support for the iTrent HR and payroll system, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
*Develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet organisational needs.
*Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather and analyse system requirements.
*Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
*Ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application.
*Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.
*Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective resolutions.
*Work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality.
Profile
Must haves:
*iTrent experience
*Troubleshooting
*Back end coding in iTrent
*Debug and fix problems in iTrent
Nice to haves:
*Public Sector or Charity experience
