Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established Rotherham-based manufacturer to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their team.
CNC Turner – Rotherham
Salary: £16 per hour
Shift: Days – flexible working hours
Location: Rotherham
Responsibilities:
*Set up and operate CNC turning machines to high standards
*Program machines from drawings using Fanuc controls
*Inspect and measure components to ensure quality and tolerances are met
*Maintain machinery and carry out routine checks to ensure smooth operation
*Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and output targets
*Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a CNC Turnerr
*Competent in programming and operating CNC turning machines
*Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
*Knowledge of Fanuc controls is essential
*Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
