Business Systems Lead (SAP)
Sheffield - Hybrid Working (2 days on site / 3 days from home)
Are you ready to take ownership of ERP systems and drive real impact across multiple business units?
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing business in Sheffield who are looking for a Business Systems Lead to take ownership of their SAP ERP platform, driving system support, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
What’s on offer:
*Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependant on experience)
*33 days holidays including bank holidays + 3 days Christmas leave

*Discretionary Bonus Scheme
What the Business Systems Lead role involves:
*Leading functional support across SAP, including Finance, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Sales & Distribution
*Acting as the go-to point for complex ERP issues and cross-functional challenges.
*Identifying opportunities to improve ERP-enabled processes and coordinating system enhancements
*Supporting ERP integrations, interfaces, and ensuring consistent, high-quality data
*Working closely with stakeholders to maximise the value of SAP and promote best-practice system usage
*Contributing to ERP strategy and roadmap development, supporting transformation initiatives, and capturing system knowledge for continuity
Key Skills & Experience required:
*Strong experience supporting SAP or similar ERP systems in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environments
*Functional expertise across key ERP processes: finance, procurement, production, and sales
*Experience with integrations, interfaces, and working with business stakeholders to deliver system improvements
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
*ABAP experience is desirable but not essential
