SEN Teacher Sheffield
Start Date: After Easter 2026 or September 2026
Contract: FullPermanent
Location: Sheffield
Salary: GBP95 - GBP110 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and nurturing SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
The successful candidate will start after Easter or from September, depending on availability.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
Work closely with SENCO, support staff, and external professionals to implement effective support plans.
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
Assess progress and maintain accurate records in line with school policies.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with SEND (e.g., ASC, ADHD, MLD, SEMH).
A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching.
Strong behaviourand relationshipskills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
