Role : Supply Chain Quality Manager
Job location: Derby - Onsite
Contract : Inside IR35 till Dec 2026
Clearance: BPSS (carried out as part of onboarding)
Rate: £41.00 per hour Umbrella OR £30.64 per hour PAYE- Inside IR35


Our Client an Aerospace company are seeking Quality Supply Chain Manager and this role is placed within supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality. Role is based in Derby location for a contract till Year end.


Role:
As a Quality Supply Chain Manager you will be based onsite in the client facility in Derby. Looking for candidates ideally worked with/ for Airbus or Rolls Royce previously, who understands supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality. Project management experience a plus and Understanding of safety quality topics is required.

Responsibilities :
Supply Chain Management
*Suppliers’ performance monitoring.
*Load and capacity analysis, Rate readiness analysis.
*Supply chain intelligence management.
*Transfer of work management.
*Design change industrialization management.
*
Quality Management
As a Quality Supply Chain Manager you will be involved in Quality management, Correction: non-conformity eradication (Events / SARI / QSR / Concessions). Prevention: implementation and management of APQP and quality improvement plan (SQIP).


Risk Management
*Risks identification and assessment. Mitigation plan definition and execution and Governance
Qualifications
*Supply Chain Manager will have Supply Chain Management, Quality Management and Risk Management experience. Strong stakeholder management ability
*Industrial background and culture within aerospace industry
*Data analysis and synthetic reporting
*Crisis and recovery management
*Project management basics
