Employment Solicitor | Leeds | Growing Specialist Law FirmAn established and expanding law firm in Leeds is seeking a junior, or newly qualified Employment Solicitor to join its busy and growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Case Management*Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters from instruction to resolution
*Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients
*Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence tailored to client needs
*Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high standards of client care
Legal Research & Case Preparation*Conduct legal research and analyse relevant case law and documentation
*Prepare matters for hearings, negotiations, and settlement discussions
*Negotiate with clients, opposing parties, and third parties where appropriate
*Ensure compliance with legal procedures and professional standards
Matter Coordination & Professional Practice*Coordinate the work of all parties involved in legal matters
*Attend meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings where required
*Maintain accurate time recording and case management records
*Support junior team members, trainees, and paralegals where appropriate


Skills & Experience Required*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*Experience handling employment law matters (or relevant transferable practice area)
*Strong communication, drafting, and client management skills
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*High attention to detail and professional standards
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
*Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical practice
