Job Title: Temporary Sales Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Contract: 3 Months (Sickness Cover)
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 pro rata
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our team on a 3-month temporary basis, providing cover during a period of sickness. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales and operations process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing customer orders from receipt through to completion
*Creating and maintaining accurate job cards
*Processing orders efficiently and ensuring all details are correct
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
*Updating and maintaining records using Excel and Access
*Handling general administrative duties to support the sales function
About You
*Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Excel and Access
*Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
*Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
