Receptionist - Ad-hoc Temporary
Location: Central London (5 days in office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Rate: £15 per hour

A well-established Oil & Gas firm is seeking a proactive and personable Ad-hoc Receptionist to join their Central London office on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be fully office-based, working alongside a friendly and supportive team, including another Receptionist.

The Role:

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will act as the face of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house.

Key Responsibilities:
*Welcoming and greeting clients, offering refreshments
*Managing the inbox, deliveries, and calendars
*Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
*Handling incoming calls and enquiries
*Booking taxis, trains, and couriers
*Building strong relationships with internal teams and senior stakeholders
*Maintaining office supplies
*Supporting onboarding for new starters and visiting colleagues
Candidate Profile:
*Previous experience in a Receptionist or front-of-house role
*Highly personable, professional, and proactive
*Confident using Microsoft Office
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Reliable, committed, and keen to secure long-term ad-hoc work
