Freelance Retoucher


We are looking for a highly skilled Retoucher to join our client’s creative team and elevate the quality of their visual output. You will work closely with photographers, designers, and creative leads to deliver high-quality imagery across any of the following: campaigns, social & product imagery..
Key Responsibilities
*Retouch, colour-correct and enhance images to brand and industry standards
*Edit high-volume assets with fast turnaround
*Manage end-to-end post-production workflow
*Ensure consistency across all assets and maintain brand visual guidelines
*Work closely with the creative, design, and production teams
*Prepare files for final delivery across print and digital formats
*Maintain organised file systems and asset libraries
*Support shoots where needed (on-set retouching or digital assistance)
Skills & Experience
*Proven experience as a Retoucher (agency, in-house, freelance or studio)
*Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
*Strong understanding of colour profiles, masking, compositing, and skin/product retouching
*Experience in fashion, or retail
*Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
*Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual standard
*Understanding of lighting, photography, and digital workflows
*Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing deadlines
*Experience with Capture One
*Motion or video retouching
*Creative suite knowledge (Lightroom, Illustrator, etc.)
*On-set retouching / digital tech experience
